She was predeceased by: her father Carroll James; and her daughter Deborah Claeys. She is survived by: her children, Donna McKay of Mishawaka, Lesley Perry (Rodney) of Osceola and David Middleton (Janet) of Cassopolis, Michigan.; and her sister Teri Lebo of LaPorte, Indiana.. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, numerous great- grandchildren and several step grand and great grandchildren.
In her memory, donations may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children.
