He is survived by: his spouse Harley L. Miller; his son Colton Richter; his parents, Michael Richter and Brenda Richter (Schaefer); his grandparents, David and Kathee Ferris of Green Bay, WI; and his siblings, Michelle Seddon of Green Bay, WI, Kyle Richter of Mishawaka and Dustin Richter of Mishawaka.
