He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his siblings, Betty Gray (Bill), Jerry Swartz (Edna), Lorraine Paczkowski (Devon), Vicky Russo (David) and Sharon Williams (Tom); his children, Paul Swartz Jr. (Jill) and Nicole Grounds (Matt); his grandchildren, Nicholas and Taylor Swartz; and his children, Brody and Kade Grounds. He is also survived by friends and family.
