She was predeceased by: her husband Richard; her sister Elaine Williams (Bill); and her grandson Keith Willis. She is survived by: her children, Noreen Willis (Ken), Linda Masten (Bob), Scott Cramer (Sandi) and Kim Garver (Ryan); and her grandchildren, Miranda Anderson (Brad), Brandon Willis, Travis Masten, Kyle Willis (Stephanie), Alyssa Good (Dalton), Jacob Cramer, Megan Plum (Colton) and Owen Garver.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens (10776 McKinley Hwy, Osceola, IN 46561).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Shirley's honor to one of these organizations: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
