He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Shaw Gridley Sr. and Lorraine Gridley; and his siblings, Allen Gridley and Susan Kirkham. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Shaw Gridley Jr., Runita Gridley-Thomas, Wesley "Scott" Gridley, Valarie Anderson and John Anderson.
