She is survived by: her sons, Kyle Purvis (Kelly), Tyler Purvis (Retha Lynn) and Jonathon Wild (Melinda); her siblings, Jack Lay (Shirley), Garnett Lay, Vicki Ooten (Ron) and Jennifer Goode (David); and her grandchildren, Avery Campbell, Ashton Purvis and Brantlee Purvis.
