He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Edward and Mary Pearl Powers (Cox). He is survived by: his siblings, Harold, Francis, Thomas, Anna Rhoades, Juanita Ziegler and Kathleen Kappes.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Neal's Funeral Home (306 S Walnut St, Osgood, IN 47037). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
