She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Herbert" Brickley Sr. and Gladys Brickley (Rohrabaugh); her spouse Hanford "Hank" H. Osborn; her son-in-law Steven Gibson; and her siblings, George, Bryce, Richard, Warren, Chester, Clarence "Coon", Dean, Jerry, Bill Brickley, Alice Jacobs, Madge "Joan" Knight, Janet Marshall and Beatrice Huffman.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Osborn (Linda) of Bluffton, Brian Osborn of Bluffton, Chad Osborn (Jennifer) of Ossian and Penny Gibson of Ossian; her grandchildren, Brandon Freeman, Quinn Gibson, Ethan Osborn (Sydney Myers) and Jenna Osborn; and her sisters, Frieda Key of Ossian and Dorothy Gore (Enos) of Keystone.
