He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Baumann and Laura Sprunger (Neuenschwander); his stepfather Omer Sprunger; and his father-in-law Jerry Douglas. He is survived by: his wife Kim Baumann of Ossian, Indiana; his sisters, Gloria Brodbeck (Randy) of Monroe and Beth Koehler (Steve) of Linn Grove, Indiana; his stepsister Suzette Lammlein of New Haven, Indiana; his mother-in-law Sue Douglas of Decatur, Indiana; and his siblings-in-law, Amy Douglas (Cliff Longsworth) of Berne, Mendi Strickler (R. J.) of Decatur, Indiana and Brian Douglas (Karen) of Decatur, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces.
Preferred memorials are to The Bridge Community Church or Stillwater Hospice.
