He was predeceased by: his parents, John William and Gay Louise Premer; his brother Jack Premer; and his daughter Katharine Sperlich. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Premer; his children, Jeffery Premer, Laura Livingston and Deborah Premer; his grandchildren, Christopher Davis, Matthew Premer, Melissa Premer, Megan Lightle and Kaylee Livingston; his great grandchildren, Leilani Premer and Hudson Davis; Walter Dobbins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lemler Funeral Home (308 W Washington St, Bluffton, IN 46714). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in his honor to Saint Judes Children's Hospital and Stillwater Hospice and may be directed through the funeral home.
