He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Kortokrax and Madeline M. Kortokrax (Smith); and his sisters, Susan Kortokrax and Sally Miller. He is survived by: his siblings, Jill Lees of Fort Wayne and Richard Kortokrax (Mary) of Indianapolis. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
