Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Teresa leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Grimm and Martha Grimm (Hauter). She is survived by: her husband Matthew A. Smith; her children, Andrew Smith of Ossian, Ashly Smith (Caleb Blevins) of Fort Wayne and Anna Smith (Lane Wright) of Warren; and her grandchildren, Karlee Smith, Aiden Smith, Landon Jessup and Paisley Blevins.
