He is survived by: his wife Shirley Verhoeven; his children, Debra Martinez, John Joseph Verhoeven (Krystal) and Vicky Windley (David); his sisters, Cindy Koons, Rebecca Verhoeven and Cathy; and his grandchildren, Samantha, Kelcie, Josh, Cody, Leah, Matthew, Helen and Farrah. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
