He was predeceased by: his parents, Talmai Rinehart and Lottie Rinehart (White); and his siblings, Ben Rinehart, Clyde Rinehart, Joe Rinehart, Ivan Rex Rinehart, Sam Rinehart, Clara Auten, Iva Anderson and Mary Auten.
He is survived by: his children, Victor Rinehart (Debra) and Pam Bentley (Joel Eric); his grandchildren, Nathan Rinehart (Donna), Zachary Rinehart, Kayla McDonald (Blake), Crystal Habib (Mohammed) and Mary Sheldon (Jon); his great grandchildren, Clint Rinehart, Hunter Rinehart, Sawyer Rinehart, Kora Rinehart, Lilyana Rinehart, Adaline McDonald, Weston McDonald and Vivienne France; and his sister Karen Sue Ford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
