He was predeceased by: his wife Vickie Palmer; his daughter Jamie Reynolds; and his parents, Robin Palmer and Nora "Nash" Palmer. He is survived by: his daughters, Carrie Hill (Bryan) and Erica Kress; his brother Fred Palmer; and his nieces, Brooke Palmer and Wendi Meier.
