She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bolin and Helen Bolin; and her siblings, Maxine (Frank McCandless), Louise (Bob Verden), Pat (John Skelton) and Gene (Beth Anne Bolin).

She is survived by: her husband George Allen Head; her children, Heather Williams (Tony) and Mistina Head; her siblings, Bud Bolin (Frieda), Margret Kirby (Bob), Bill Bolin (Jeanie) and Susie Norrick Roy (Steve); and her grandchildren, Zachery Head (Brittany), Lanisha Burgess (Casey), Chandra Keller (Scott), Tyler Divine, Emma Williams, Dylan Brunner, Jacob Williams, Nikki Bruner, Zoey, Shealyn Bender, Wesley, Wrenley Burgess, Temperance Smith, Briar, Skylar Simmons, Nyasia Williams, Keyarah Bruner, Waylon and Colter Williams.

In lieu of flowers the family request, donations be made to help offset funeral expenses.
