He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Dr. Harry and MariLou Craig (Houtsch); his wife Karen Craig of Otwell, IN; his sons, James D. Craig (Cindy) and Jonathan Craig (Tammra Daugherty); and his brothers, Michael and James T. Craig. He was also cherished by two grandchildren and three great grandchildren, one sister.

No services were held due to the pandemic.
