It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis A. Merter of Otwell, Indiana, who passed away on February 2, 2026, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Radke and Norma Radke (Carter); her husband Ronnie J. Merter; her brother Phil "Bubby" Radke; and her niece Cassie Radke.
She is survived by: her children, Regina Brittain and Ronnie Merter of Otwell, IN; her grandchildren, Rustin Furman, Hannah Brittain, Miranda Barker and Caroline Loveland; her great grandchildren, Creed, Eastlynne, Amilya, Jed, Ava and Xander; her brother-in-law Mike Lindauer (Linda); and her nieces and nephews, Margo Porter, Mary Osgatharp, Bill and Matt Merter.
