We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Lena Ruth Staton of Owensville, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Roscoe Simpkins and Willie Mae Martin Simpkins (Thompson); her husband Donald Staton; and her siblings, Francis, Elizabethton, Roscoe Martin II and Virginia Williams.

She is survived by : her children, Ed Staton (Lisa) of Owensville and Donna Lee White (Timothy); and her sisters, Essie Moore, Alta Vista, Madeline Kirkpatrick and Columbia.

Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the First General Baptist Church in Owensville. Expressions of sympathy may be made at stodghillfuneralhome.com.
