With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Dike (Owensville, Indiana), who passed away on October 8, 2025 at the age of 80. She was predeceased by: her parents, Burless McCallister and Ethel McCallister; her husband Fred Dike; her granddaughter Taylor Dike; her siblings, Darlene McBurnie, Don and Dave McCallister; and her grandson-in-law Christopher Carver.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Julian (David) of Owensville and Tim Dike (Tonya) of Owensville; her brother Gene McCallister (Barbara) of Spencer, IN; her grandchildren, Amber Carver, Kendra Wilkinson (Brandon), Adam Dike and Tori Dike; and her great grandchildren, Liam Carver, Leighton Jones, Hadley Carver, Nox Carver and River Wilkinson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the First Christian Church of Owensville (4680 IN-168, Owensville, IN 47665). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
