Judy leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Judy’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Judy will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Shoaf and Hazel Shoaf; her siblings, Ernest Shoaf, Lois Armstrong, Sue Paterson and Julia Mcdaniel; her son Kevin Wayne Cooper; and her grandson Adam Travis Cooper.
She is survived by: her husband Neil; and her children, Curtis Bryan'Cooper of New Prague, MN, Kim Sinclair (Jay) of Warrenton, VA and Kelly Ostrand (Mike) of Papillion, NE. She is also survived by six grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Boswell Cemetery (2454 W State Rte 352, Boswell, IN 47921).
