He is survived by: his wife Tammy Phelphs (Nolot); his brother Steve (Barb); his nieces and nephews, Angel, Courtney, Dennis and Christopher (Cindy); his daughter Lisa; and his pet JoJo. He is also survived by seven great-nephews and four great-nieces.
