He was predeceased by : his parents, Ellis Churchman and Josie Churchman (Graves). He is survived by : his wife Alma Churchman (Losson); his daughters, Brenda Herman and Susan Phillips; and his sister Joellen Meahl. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
