She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Allen and Sarah Allen (Eckleberry); her brother Charles Allen Jr.; her husband Mark A. Jones; her daughter Amber Thompson (Brent); her grandchildren, Destiny Thompson (Brady Amburgey), Gracie Thompson and Omar Tucker (Tempest); and her siblings, Rebecca "Becky" Scott (Mark), Shelia Adkins (Jeff), Jody Hill (Bill), Shawn Allen (Mary) and Kenneth "Perry" Allen (Diana). She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Jennifer's memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the American Red Cross, causes that were close to her heart.
