He was predeceased by : his father Harlan Milby; and his stepson Jefferey Dixion. He is survived by : his wife Anne; his mother Juella Jean Milby (Anne Milby); his daughter Blair Milby; his son-in-law Karim Nasr; his granddaughter Leena Nasr; his stepchildren, Scott Dixon (Alesha) and Joanna Patterson; his stepgrandchildren, Kenneth Campbell, Zoie Patterson, Ashley Dixon and Katelyn Smith; and his siblings, Don Milby (Martha), Connie Spruill (Bruce), Rick Milby (Jenny) and Charlotte Milby. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial gifts may be made in the form of contributions to the Brown Cancer Center in Jerry's name.
