He is survived by: his close friend Darlene Thompson; his son Christopher Thompson (Carrie); his brothers, Doug Warren (Belinda) and Anthony Thompson; and his grandchildren, Michael Thompson, Timothy Thompson, David Thompson, Kasen Bolen, Jessica Thompson and Abby Mayfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
