She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wesley McCoy and Althea Belle McCoy (Burgess); her former husband Calvin Lloyd Haub; her husband Edward "Leo" Mullens; her daughters, Marsha Kaye Haub and Debra Jean Haub; and her siblings, James McCoy, Roy McCoy, Raymond McCoy and Florence Hash.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Haub Hess (Jerry), Edward "Ward" L. Mullens, Jr. (Julie), Bruce W. Mullens (Faith) and Timothy L. Mullens (Dana). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
Expressions of sympathy can be made in the form of donations in Bonnie's name to the ASPCA, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
