She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Mayfield and Birgit "Gale" Mayfield (Perrson); her grandparents, George and Eva Mayfield; her son David Roger Hendrix; and her brother Terry Mayfield.
She is survived by: her pet RVing; her husband Wallace Hendrix; her children, Stephen Hendrix (Mattie) and Marsha Quinn (Brian); her grandchildren, Becky, Tiffany, Sara, Daniel and Connor; and her great grandchildren, McKinsey, Beckham, McKayla, Ryan, Bennson, Kaylee, Lydia, Derick, Decon, Paisley and Easton.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to Springs Valley Wesleyan Church, 586 S. Indiana Avenue, French Lick, IN 47432.
