It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Page Melton in Paoli, Indiana, born in Cumberland, Kentucky, who passed away on May 10, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Brance Melton and Ethel Florence "Essie" Melton Hackney (Thacker); his wife Nancy Manuel; and his brother Phil Melton. He is survived by : his children, Tim Melton (Cindy) of Hardinsburg, Cindy Curren (Rod) of Mitchell, Tammy Bowling (Keith) of Orleans, Roxanna Knowles of Mitchell and Crystal Jifkins (Dan) of Paoli; his stepchildren, Nellie Stevens (Rob) of Mitchell and Angel Wheeler of Mitchell; his daughters, Donna Richie and Cathy McFarland; his granddaughter Jennifer Bowden; his stepsons, Andy Riley and James Manuel; and his brother Paul Melton. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
