She was predeceased by: her parents, Randall L. Manship and Elsie Ellen Manship (Murphy); and her husband Billy Joe Laws. She is survived by: her children, Esther Elaine Laws of Charlestown and Jay Laws; her siblings, Brian Manship (Sue) of Milltown and Rhonda Carchano of Lexington, KY; and her nieces and nephews, Ashley Carchano, Ellen Byrd and Stevie Brown.
