He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Lewis and Virginia Lewis (Kerby); his wife Dorothy Lewis; and his brother Ronald Lewis. He is survived by: his daughter Leigh Ann Frick (Brandon) of Huntingburg; his sister Sharon Trouten of French Lick; and his grandchildren, Parker Frick of Huntingburg and Claire Frick of Huntingburg.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the McAdams Mortuary (500 SW 1st St, Paoli, IN 47454). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
