He is survived by: his parents, Howard White and Nina White (Durham) of Paoli; his wife Annetta Christine Wells (Wade) of Mitchell; his sons, Ethan White and Mitchell White; his stepchildren, Micah Parker, Travis Fuesler, Andrew Wells and Tiffany Wells; and his siblings, Jeff White of French Lick, Jesse White of Washington State, Sam White of Washington State, Tom White of Mitchell, Amy Field of Mississippi, Dewey White of Paoli, David "Davey" White of Washington State and Will White of Salem.
