We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2021, at the age of 16, Jocelyn Phillips of Paoli, Indiana, born in Bloomington, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandfather Jake Phillips. She is survived by: her parents, John Phillips and Pam Phillips; her sisters, Sophia Phillips and Hannah Coleman (Jack); her aunts and uncles, Jeff Stevens, Amber Richards, Missy and Shawn Qualkenbush; her cousins, Maranna Stevens, Charli Stevens, Avrey Richards, Kourtney Archer, Adelaide Morris, Madison Qualkenbush and Devin Qualkenbush; her nephew Gatlin Coleman; and her grandparents, Donald, Ruth Ann Stevens, Mona McNeely and Rita Phillips.

In lieu of flowers, please consider donating toward a scholarship that will be set up to honor Jocelyn.
