He was predeceased by : his parents, John E Haley and Bertha R Overby Haley; his sons, John David and Kelly (Reva Wininger); and his siblings, Betty Haley, Judith R Cronin, Donald and Joe Haley.
He is survived by : his sons, Cecil Haley of Illinois, Roscoe Haley, Bobby Haley and Kevin; and his brother Keith. He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
