She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar M. Bostock and Catherine Denton Bostock; her husband Billy Bostock; her siblings, Alvis, Arthur, Charles Zelbert, Herbert Babcock, Lora Elizabeth Babcock and Mary Ellen Giles; and her grandson Brad Seybold.
She is survived by: her daughter Phyllis E. Seybold (Charles) of Seymour; and her sister Helen Marie McBride of Bedford. She is also survived by 1 grandchild; & 8 great grandchildren.
In keeping with Kathryn's wishes that she be donated to the Indiana University School of Medicine to serve as a contribution to medical education and research.
