She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Wells (Stroud) and Fred Dollaske; and her children, Anita Wellman and Nicky Dale Fields. She is survived by: her siblings, Loretta Lashbrooks and Sherman Wells; and her children, Richard (Dickie), Rhonda Curtsinger (Rick), Bryan Wellman (Lisa), Danny Fields (Rhonda) and Rick Fields As (Janie). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
