He was predeceased by: his parents, George McCullough Jr. and Wanda McCullough (Gardner); his son Michael P. McCullough; and his siblings, Niles McCullough and Linda McCullough.
He is survived by: his wife Diana McCullough of Paoli; his daughters, Heidi McCullough of Jacksboro, TN and Ashley Staten of Taswell; and his siblings, Karren Toren of Kalamazoo, MI, Dianne Moyer of Canton, MI and Kevin McCullough of Kalamazoo, MI. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
