He is survived by: his wife Wanda McIntosh of Paoli; his children, Kay Wiseman (John) of Louisville and Rick McIntosh (Beverly) of Paoli; his grandsons, Jeremy Hoffman (April) of Louisville, Clayton McIntosh of Lafayette and Christopher McIntosh (Shana) of Orleans; and his great grandchild Claire Miller.
