He is survived by: his children, Joe Fields of Paoli and Stacie Durbin (Bud) of Paoli; his close friend Dolly Patton of Paoli; his siblings, Susan Baker (Richard) of Delaware, Debbie Russell (Carlos) of Delaware, Darrell Hoover (Brenda) of Booneville, Terry Patton (Mary) of Paoli and Doug Patton (Sherry) of Paoli; his grandchildren, Philip Durbin (Sara) of Paoli, Devin Durbin (Alexis) of Paoli and Koby Durbin (Rosie) of Evansville; and his great grandchildren, Layla, Ellie, Lizzie and Senora.
