Hazelwood; her stepparents, Teresa Hudson (Linda Jane Crane) and Billy "Bill" Crane; and her siblings, April Staggs, Brittany Wilcoxen, Jenny Wilcoxen, Ryan Hudson, Tabitha McElrath (Hudson) and Elise Hudson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
