He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowel Hendrix and Lorabell Hendrix (Campbell); his wife Carol Mayfield; his son David Roger; and his siblings, Dewey Max Hendrix and Nancy Monk.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen Hendrix (Mattie) and Marsha Quinn (Brian); his grandchildren, Becky, Tiffany, Sara, Daniel and Connor; and his great grandchildren, McKinsey, Beckham, McKayla, Ryan, Branson, Kaylee, Lydia, Derick, Decon, Paisley and Easton.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Springs Valley Wesleyan Church.
