It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Moyer (Parker City, Indiana), born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on July 19, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Ake and Betty Ake; and her brother Larry Ake. She is survived by: her children, Dorcas, Loyd (Renee), Scott (Shereetta), Floyd Jr., Tammy Davis, Sherry and Laura; and her siblings, Wilbur (Connie), Harold (Pam), Wayne (Jeanetta), Rita (Jerry) and Norma. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
A reception will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at the Wilson-Shook Funeral Homes and Cremation Center (Thornburg Memorial Chapel) (2048 N 1000 W, Parker City, IN 47368).
