She is survived by: her mother Phyllis Cadwallader; her son Bradley Lips (Kelly); her siblings, Brad Cadwallader (Tammy) and Nancy Small; her half-brother Michael Lee (Kathy); her grandchildren, Kerstie Smith, Garrett Vires, Dawson Lips, Ben Bellis and Morie Bellis; her great grandchildren, Jameson Vires, Jaxtin Vires, Helen Smith and Bonnie Smith; and her stepson Richard Bellis (Diane). She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
