He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Everett Hedge and Lillie Mae Hedge (Hale); and his siblings, Larry Hedge (Phyllis), Terry Hedge (Janet), Mary Hiday (Ken), Barbara Hedge and Ron Hedge (Cathy).
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Hedge; his children, Debra Travis, Joe Jr. Hedge (Tonia) and Greg Hedge (Candy); his grandchildren, Stephanie Shoemaker (Dallas), Billy Murphee, Robert "Bob" Murphee, Jazmin Whitten (Jeremy Davis), Savanah Graph (Kyle), Melanie Sanders (Erik), Allison Hedge, Krista Ducharme (Luke), Chayse Hedge (Cody Noble) and Rayven Hedge; his great grandchildren, Trenton, Wysper, Will, Daimon, Brendan, Aleigha, Davey Joe, Cierra, Landyn, Luna, Saxton, Emen, Maliki, Noah, Lilly, Samuel, Eliana and Kaelynn; his great great grandchildren, Axel, Joe, Josie, Zayden and NovaLeigh; and his sister Judie Reynolds (Monty).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Colvin Funeral Home (425 N Main St, Princeton, IN 47670). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at the Blythe Chapel Cemetery. A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at the same location.
