He is survived by: his father Frank Birtch III (Laureen Occonnel) of Georgia; his wife Lisa Birtch of Patriot, Indiana; his children, Jeremy Storms of Pennsylvania, Mark Storms of Madison, Frank Birtch Jr. of Patriot, Indiana, Breanna Storms (Johnny Martucci) of Madison and Lillian Birtch of Kentucky; his siblings, Patrick Birtch of Georgia and Alison Birtch of Georgia; his mother-in-law Rosa Cherry of Tennessee; his brother-in-law Tommy Cherry of Tennessee; and his grandson Vance Coombs.
