It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Duckworth of Patriot, Indiana, who passed away on April 4, 2026, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lee Duckworth and Mary Ellen Henderson; his brother Bruce Bennett; his siblings-in-law, Lena Henderson, Pearl Henderson, Danny Henderson, Jimmy Henderson and Billy Henderson; his grandparents, Arthur and Charlotte Duckworth; Sherman.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Evelyn Duckworth (Henderson) of Patriot, IN; his daughter Charlotte Bonfer (Randy) of Quercus Grove, IN; his grandchildren, Laci Waine Holt of East Enterprise, IN, Dillan Holt of Patriot, IN, Shalynn Berkley (Brian) of Rising Sun, IN, Brooke Ollman (TJ) of Independence, KY and Skyler Mosley (JR) of Rising Sun, IN; his great grandchildren, Arianna, Harper, Kendrick Bonfer (Bub), Cole, Kayden, Kyler McClellan, Keaton, Aiden Mosley, Brianna Berkley, Izabella Ollman, MaKenzie, Hillary and Eleanor Harlow; his sister Amber Reed (Ronnie); and his siblings-in-law, Herbie Henderson (Shirley), Sherman Henderson, Ruth Huntington, Dorthy Leap and LuAnn Bennett. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
