With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecil M. Seale of Pekin, Indiana, who passed away on September 24, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Seale and Lucy Seale (McIntosh); his granddaughter Shelby Thomas-Fraley; his sisters, Reva Whittymore and Minna Hollin; and his former wife Pauline Seale.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Fraley (Tony) of Pekin, IN and Brian Seale (Chandra) of Sellersburg, IN.; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Thomas of Pekin, IN, Evan Seale of Sellersburg, IN. and Kai Seale of Sellersburg, IN.; his brother Verle Seale of Austin, IN; and his pet Marco.
