She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Colbert Smith and Phyllis Smith (Hendee); her husband Paul "Chip" Heath; her children, Jessica Bodenbender (Wesley) and Ryan Thomas Heath; her siblings, John Franklin Smith and Elizabeth Smith; and her grandsons, Paul Bodenbender, Clint Bodenbender and Reuben Bodenbender.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at 323 East State Rd 60, Pekin, IN 47165. A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
