He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Floyd and Sharon Warren Floyd; his stepson Steven McCoskey; and his niece Jami Webb. He is survived by: his wife Debra Colglazier Floyd of Pekin; his stepsons, Mark McCoskey of Salem and Joshua McCoskey (April) of Salem; and his siblings, Todd Floyd (Stacie) of Key West, Patricia Mullins (Doug) of Maggie Valley and Sonja Booker (Shannon) of Hardinsburg. He is also survived by three grandchildren, 5 nephews, 5 great-nieces and 2 great-nephews.
