She was predeceased by : her parents, William Prevec and Anna Gradski Prevec; and her brothers, Richard and Frank Prevec. She is survived by : her daughter Deniseann Stempowski (Edward) of Pekin; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Stempowski, Edward "David" Stempowski, Anthony Stempowski, Stephanie Ward (Keenan) and Adam Stempowski.

Memorial donations may be made to ASPCA, as Donna was an avid contributor.
